Roles and Responsibilities
- Calculate and update manpower requirements for new and existing production plans.
- Evaluate routing changes during the harmonization process.
- Manage engineering projects, including the introduction of new products, processes, and machines, or any changes related to production layouts and equipment.
- Provide technical support to production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain management (SCM) departments.
- Conduct experiments or validation plans in production.
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency.
Education and Skills
- Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech / Bachelor in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
- Experience: 0 – 5 years
