Job Description
Cargill is seeking fresh graduates for the Analyst role in Bangalore. This role involves conducting production activities in manufacturing or field sites to optimize resource use, minimize costs, and maintain quality standards. The analyst will handle data management, reporting, analysis, shipping, client interaction, business partnership, and project management.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare schedules and dispatch duties by creating plans and directing the activity of carriers or equipment.
- Develop, maintain, and execute regulatory compliance procedures.
- Perform administrative or clerical duties to support the shipment execution process using industry standard procedures.
- Plan, manage, and review production operations to achieve output and quality objectives.
- Collect and organize documentation and data, and enter routine data into systems.
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Skills Required
- High school diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of related work experience.
- Other minimum qualifications may apply.
