Role and Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of data received from source documents into the respective Clinical/Safety database while ensuring accuracy and meeting turnaround times.
- Minimal customer interaction under guidance.
- Understand domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies (such as SOP, QC checklists).
- Individuals in this role perform data entry tasks as part of PV/Complaints Management.
Education and Skills
- Degree: Graduate/Post Graduate/Doctorate degree in life sciences, Pharmacy, Medical sciences, or as a Registered Nurse.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of domain processes and terminologies.
- Science or Engineering graduate preferred.
