Concentrix is looking for freshers for the role of Associate, Forecasting. Details are as follows:

Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for forecasting and budget planning.
- Update forecasts with monthly/weekly actual data and suggest improvements based on trend analysis.
- Refine forecasting scenarios and generate final forecasts.
- Capture data to be used as input for models.
- Design and develop forecasting scenarios.
- Generate short-term forecasts, incorporating business impacts.
- Revise forecasts based on feedback.
- Maintain process documentation and make adjustments as needed.
Education and Skills
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 0.6-2 years of core forecasting experience in a BPO/Contact center environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Highly skilled in Mathematical and Statistical modeling (R-studio, Python).
- Experience in developing machine learning models such as classification, linear/logistic regression.
- Hands-on experience of forecasting for large and complex attributes.
- Analytical Skills: Good understanding of contact center metrics and strong business acumen.
- Communication Skills: Strong communicator and collaborator with good decision-making abilities.
