Role and Responsibilities
- Provide second/third level day-to-day operational support for DHL’s IT systems.
- Investigate and resolve incidents that cannot be handled by lower support levels.
- Collaborate with other IT support teams and specialists on troubleshooting complex issues.
- Communicate with vendors regarding firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, and other technology-related issues.
- Build and manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, PySpark, and Scala.
- Knowledge of Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with data science methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workload under pressure.
- Collaborate with teams across regions, requiring advanced spoken and written English skills.
