Job Description

As an Analyst at eClerx, you will be involved in back office and middle office processes for financial institutions. This role spans various stages of client/product lifecycle management, including KYC, reference data management, legal documentation, portfolio reconciliation, settlements, and more. You will work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work on back office and middle office processes for financial institutions.
• Handle stages of client/product lifecycle such as KYC, reference data management, legal docs, portfolio reconciliation, etc.
• Perform data capture, cataloguing, processing, system updates, reconciliations, settlements, and fund transfers.
• Prepare reports using MS Excel.
• Interact externally with agents, counterparties, and clients to resolve queries and discrepancies via phone or email.

Education and Skills Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.com, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Master’s Degree (M.com, MBA, PGDM)
• Basic knowledge of finance, trade lifecycle, investment banking, and derivatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, comprehend, and share information effectively.
• High energy levels, commitment to productivity, proactive nature, and effective influencing skills.
• Logical and quantitative abilities to derive insights from data.
• Time management skills and ability to resolve issues promptly.
