Job Description
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Analyst – Indirect Procurement in Chennai, India. The Analyst – GBS Procurement should quickly and accurately process purchase orders in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should have excellent stakeholder service skills and work well in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.

- Experience: Fresher – 2 Years
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage C class items procurement activities
- E2E Purchasing Cycle including PR to PO, sending PO to suppliers, PO Confirmation, Delivery follow-up, and supplier payment coordination
- Coordination with vendors for actual delivery status of material
- Complete Open Purchase Order Report and Shortage Report on time for review
- Handle Pull in, push out & Cancellation as per the MRP report and achieve KPI Targets
- Maintain inventory to optimum levels as per site requirements
- Coordinate with Internal Business Partners (requestors) and suppliers for Purchase Order Changes
- Manage Supplier database
- Handle Shortage / excess escalation management
- Co-ordinate and follow through on urgent receive, past dues management, and resolve receiving challenges
Education and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com/BBA/Diploma holders)
- Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Procurement / Supply Chain) (Not mandatory)
- Skills: Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (Required)
