Job Description

Fractal is seeking diligent and detail-oriented Data Annotators for the Project Intern role. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately label and annotate data, ensuring high-quality training datasets for machine learning models.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review and annotate large volumes of data, including text, images, audio, and video, according to predefined guidelines.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of annotations by following established standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand project requirements and provide feedback on annotation guidelines.
• Maintain documentation of annotation processes and contribute to the improvement of annotation tools and workflows.
• Perform quality assurance checks on annotated data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality annotated datasets within specified timeframes.

Education and Skills Required

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data annotation, data processing, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data annotation tools and software.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and data labeling techniques is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
