Job Description
Guidehouse is seeking fresh graduates for the Junior Associate role in Trivandrum. This role involves assisting with claims processing, contacting insurance companies, ensuring accurate follow-up, and working on various claim-related tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate calls requesting the status of claims in queue.
- Contact insurance companies for explanations of denials and underpayments.
- Take appropriate action on claims to ensure resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required.
- Document actions taken in claims billing summary notes.
- Prioritize pending claims for calling from the aging basket following international norms and confidentiality rules (HIPAA compliance).
- Work on denials, rejections, and LOAs, making required corrections to claims.
- Understand and abide by the organization’s information security policy, protecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
- Report security-related incidents to concerned authorities.
