Job Description
The graduate trainee candidate will create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This role incorporates several tasks and responsibilities, with an emphasis on designing customized PowerPoint presentations, brochures, newsletters, microsites, and other marketing materials for multi-million dollar properties.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality visual content for the company brand in both digital and print communications, including brochures, flyers, infographics, social media, web graphics, logos, emailers, event materials, and posters.
- Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information.
- Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
- Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes marketers, art directors, and design managers to create compelling designs.
Education and Skills Required
- Graduate or undergraduate or equivalent certification in graphic design.
- No minimum experience required, but any design internship or freelance experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio to showcase relevant projects/work.
- Basic proficiency in using Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Word is a plus.
