Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Measurement, Analytics, and Control (MACH) group to innovate technologies that detect and control complex process variations in chip manufacturing.
- Work with customers to develop technologies that provide critical insights at the feature level, field level, and cross-wafer analysis.
- Develop cutting-edge solutions for patterning process analytics and control technologies.
- Contribute to ensuring that semiconductor fabs can ramp up next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively.
Education and Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in a related field with 0 years of work experience.
