Role: Customer Service Representative
Type: Full Time
Location: Remote/Hyderabad
Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
Responsibilities:
- Combine tech support with problem-solving and customer service.
- Provide interactive solutions (chat, email, MS Teams) and treat customers to concierge-level care.
- Work with back-office teams to handle escalations.
- Learn and contribute immediately, starting with one client on production.
- Multi-task and grow your experience, skill, and understanding of various job roles.
- Find and work with mentors for professional development.
Education and Skills
- Education: B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, M.Sc, or MCA.
- Experience: 0-1 year in customer service or technical support.
- Flexible to work in Voice and Chat Process.
- Willing to work in Night Shifts / Rotational Shifts.
- Willingness to Work from Office as per Hybrid Work Model.
- Windows 10 troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
