Roles and Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the full accounts payable (AP) cycle.
- Manage both Expense and Purchase Order accounts.
- Process and scan vendor invoices and check requests.
- Collaborate with accounting departments and internal marketing partners for accurate account coding and expense allocation.
- Manage relationships with internal and external business partners, ensuring timely responses to vendor and partner inquiries.
Education and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 0-3 years.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in both Expense and Purchase Order accounts.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus.
