Mahindra is seeking fresh graduates for the Graduate Apprentice Trainee role. The position involves ensuring daily production as per plan and resolving quality issues promptly.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure daily production as per the plan.
- Resolve quality issues promptly to prevent delays.
- Communicate effectively with support departments such as stores, maintenance, quality, and other aggregates to resolve issues.
- Monitor and address all IR-related issues on the production line in coordination with relevant agencies.
- Implement new models, PPAP, and ER on the tractor line with proper documentation (SOP Manifest and OJT).
- Ensure DWM (Daily Work Management) of the respective shift, including all PQCDSM parameters, and take timely action on issues.
Education and Skills Required
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
- Diploma in Mechanical
