Mastercard is looking for fresh graduates for the Applications & Operations Support Analyst role. The role involves providing first-tier technical and process support for Business Operation’s platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide first-tier technical and process support for inquiries related to Business Operation’s platforms, including workflow, customer profiles, and record adjustments.
- Lead onboarding and training for business users to increase adoption of functionality and productivity tools.
- Support investigation and resolution of issues, concerns, and requests under general supervision.
- Conduct periodic Quality Control checks and Data Audits.
- Support the Business Operations Solutions team in daily management and maintenance of operational systems used across Advisors.
Education and Skills Required
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or combination of experience and formal education.
- Experience contributing to accurate and timely resolution of inquiries under direct guidance.
- Strong knowledge of customer service standards, processes, and tools.
- Ability to contribute to support projects/inquiries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
