Micron is seeking a Training and Documentation Specialist to support its Global Quality (GQ) engineering department. The role involves creating high-quality documentation to aid GQ team members in learning and performing tasks consistently and accurately.

Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal customers to identify documentation needs for on-the-job training.
- Participate in meetings to ensure knowledge management resources meet user requirements.
- Develop documentation to support learning, knowledge sharing, and standardization.
- Maintain and update existing materials.
- Educate internal customers on the importance of documentation and guidelines.
- Ensure materials are stored in the appropriate systems.
Education and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Skills:
- Strong English-language proficiency.
- Effective written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Good interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization.
