Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions within established guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily checklists to the next level.
- Handle resolution of issues and highlight them to supervisors/experts.
- Track trends within daily deliverables (SLA/KRA) and work with the supervisor to enhance process/procedure knowledge.
- Identify and resolve problems within established guidelines.
Education and Skills Required
- A College or University degree or 0-6 months of relevant work experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Basic Functional/Industry Knowledge is preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS-Excel.
