PowerSchool is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join their team in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Respond to, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests for assistance via telephone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate more complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Log and track customer interactions using a problem management database.
  • Prepare standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident reports.
  • Work with programmers to explain software errors or suggest changes to programs.

Education and Skills

  • 0-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce and CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
