Role and Responsibilities
- Respond to, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests for assistance via telephone, email, and chat.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate more complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Log and track customer interactions using a problem management database.
- Prepare standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident reports.
- Work with programmers to explain software errors or suggest changes to programs.
Education and Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
