Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing AR Customer payments in the SAP ERP system.
- Achieve the agreed customer service levels and performance metrics associated with payment processing.
- Ensure all process procedures are adhered to while processing the AR payments into the SAP ERP.
- Work closely with collectors/Front Office to drive towards solutions.
- Provide training to new joiners & resolving queries in a timely manner.
- Responsible for providing data to team leader in the absence of Process Expert.
- Suggest & drive improvement projects within the process.
Education and Skills
- Should have knowledge of accounting.
- Strong understanding of AR processes End to End.
