Job Description
Texas Instruments is seeking an enthusiastic SAP Finance Functional Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in SAP Finance activities, configuring, and supporting Finance applications in SAP ECC. You will collaborate with global teams to gather, assess, and clarify business requirements, map them with system capabilities, convert them into functional specifications, and recommend optimal configuration solutions for projects and enhancements.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Build SAP ERP technology solutions that transform clients’ Finance functions, such as Accounting, Controls (Costs and Executive), Treasury, and Investment Management.
- Design, set up, test, and deploy prototype and production Finance solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
- Collaborate with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create outstanding Finance offerings powered by SAP ERP Finance tools.
- Work on enterprise-wide SAP Transformational Programs.
- Contribute to large-scale, global workstreams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Finance function.
Education and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the SAP Finance domain.
- Skills:
- Design, configuration, and/or testing experience working on an SAP Finance implementation.
- Fast learner, self-motivated, with the ability to influence across organizations.
- Proven collaboration skills, comfortable working with some degree of ambiguity.
- Ability to make quick and informed decisions to handle crisis situations.
- Ability to work well in cross-geographical teams and with global customers.
