Role: Technical Analyst
Type: Full Time

Experience: Fresher – 2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations on front-end applications, capture information, apply fix tools, shadow end users, and test workflows.
- Use backend techniques such as gathering log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal collaborators both verbally and in writing.
Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Willingness to work shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with collaborators across various regions.
