Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects.
- Provide meaningful feedback on code reviews and technical designs.
- Ensure the systems your team operates are running efficiently and can scale.
- Develop project management and technical leadership skills to own projects from start to finish.
Education and Skills
- Qualification: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a directly related field (or equivalent work experience) by summer 2025.
- Experience with programming, either through side projects or coursework. Familiarity with languages such as Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, and Go is beneficial.
- Experience from internships or collaborative multi-person coding projects in a university or professional setting.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar systems through independent research and collaboration with mentors and experts.
