Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
  • Manage tasks to completion and ensure smooth execution.
  • Hiring for customer support voice process.
  • Freshers must have exceptional verbal and written English skills and experience drafting professional email responses.

Details:

  • Work Mode: Work from Office.
  • Working Days: 6 days with 1 day rotational off.
  • Preferred Candidates: Immediate Joiners or those with a Notice Period of no more than 10 days.
  • Preferred Languages: Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, and English.
  • Qualification: Graduates & undergraduates.
  • Cab Facility: Eligible for a drop if the shift ends between 10-12 PM (within 15 KM of office).
  • Shift Timings: Male employees may have late-night shifts ending by 12 PM, while female employees will finish shifts between 8-10 PM or earlier.
