Job Description

Role: Graduate Trainee
Type: Full Time
Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and inquiries.
Log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing diagnostics, and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance self-service options and facilitate efficient problem-solving.

Education and Skills

Open to graduates from the 2021, 2022, and 2023 batches with any 3-year graduation program (UG full-time degree).
Candidates must have a minimum of 50% in X, XII, Diploma, or UG.
Open to Indian nationals only.
Flexibility regarding work locations, shift timings, and technology.
Successful background verification is mandatory for final onboarding.
Ensure the PAN card has both the first name and last name updated; background verification will not be successful if the names do not match.
