Job Description
As an Early Talent in the Finance Rotational Program at Johnson Controls, you will rotate through various roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of accounting and financial responsibilities within the company. This program provides exposure to different business models and offers a holistic view of the organization’s financial operations.

Role and Responsibilities
- Provide support for regular project reporting, assisting project controllers and Swiss finance leadership.
- Develop and refine project resource costing and reporting.
- Support the administration and review process for commercial partner Change Requests.
- Assist the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team with daily operations.
- Participate in reporting and data visualization tasks.
Education and Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or MBA in Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English.
