Job Description
PhonePe is seeking specialists for its Inhouse Customer Experience team. As an ABT Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer issues and enhance their experience with PhonePe. This role involves direct customer interaction, problem-solving, and continuous improvement of support processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Act with integrity and prioritize the customer’s needs in every interaction.
- Handle basic account and transaction-related queries for PhonePe customers.
- Switch between phone and data channels as required.
- Follow specific process guidelines to resolve issues.
- Build trust with customers through effective communication.
- Meet hourly and daily productivity targets.
- Utilize internal processes and resources to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate issues to relevant teams for resolution when necessary.
- Suggest improvements to processes for better customer service.
- Engage and educate customers to help them fully utilize PhonePe’s features.
Education and Skills
- Qualifications: Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good learning ability.
- Active listening and objection handling skills.
- Strong customer orientation and adaptability to different scenarios.
- Team player with the ability to handle feedback.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of South Indian languages is preferred.
- Experience: 0 – 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role.
