Roles and Responsibilities:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Manage tasks to completion and ensure smooth execution.
- Hiring for customer support voice process.
- Freshers must have exceptional verbal and written English skills and experience drafting professional email responses.
Details:
- Work Mode: Work from Office.
- Working Days: 6 days with 1 day rotational off.
- Preferred Candidates: Immediate Joiners or those with a Notice Period of no more than 10 days.
- Preferred Languages: Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, and English.
- Qualification: Graduates & undergraduates.
- Cab Facility: Eligible for a drop if the shift ends between 10-12 PM (within 15 KM of office).
- Shift Timings: Male employees may have late-night shifts ending by 12 PM, while female employees will finish shifts between 8-10 PM or earlier.
