Education and Skills
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, E&I, Electrical, Chemical, Structural, CSE, IT, or ECE.
- Experience: Fresher/2024 pass out ONLY (NO history of arrears).
- Academic Scores: 70% & above in 10th, 12th, and all semesters of the degree.
- Good in Engineering fundamentals.
- Flare to work in core engineering.
- Logical thinking, good communication skills, and excellence in academics.
- Interest in working in design, analysis, and field engineering (at sites).
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels.
- Teamwork and individual contribution to work.
