The Ai team leverages deep cross-functional business expertise and advanced analytics to innovate and solve complex business problems, resulting in significant and measurable impact on the enterprise.

Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to develop Operations-Research-powered solutions to support and automate business processes.
- Work closely with digital technology teams and other groups with complementing skills and capabilities.
- Aim to drive incremental revenue, reduce costs, and enhance customer engagement by utilizing advanced Operations Research techniques.
- Identify opportunities for improvement by working on projects in partnership with business teams and analyzing relevant data and information.
Education and Skills
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Economics.
- Certifications/Skills:
- 0 – 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of Operations Research fundamentals, including Linear Programming (LP), Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP), Markov Decision Processes (MDP), and metaheuristics (such as Genetic Algorithms (GA) and Ant Colony Optimization (ACO)).
- Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Successful completion of the interview is required to meet job qualifications.
